Last year my sister and I made these plates. We made them for neighbor gifts. They are sooo easy! We found inspiration on some plate that was way too expensive to buy, so we thought we could re-create it and I think ours turned out much cuter!The plates came from the Target $1 Aisle. The vinyl came from my vinyl lady. Before I rubbed the vinyl on I pulled the backing off and placed everything around the plate, then when I thought it looked good I rubbed it on. Eassyyy. This cost less than $2 a plate to make, and I think they are super cute!
